Before you step in.
What photos should I upload?
Three recent JPEG, PNG or WebP photos, under 8 MB each. Show just your own face clearly, without sunglasses, beauty filters or anyone else in the frame. Use different angles, with at least one front-facing photo. You must be 18 or older.
Will the portraits look exactly like me?
AI can change facial details, clothing and backgrounds. Clear reference photos help, but resemblance is not guaranteed. Review the portraits before using them. These are for profiles and websites, not passports or identity documents.
When will my photos be ready?
Your studio shows progress after payment. You can return to it in the same browser. If we cannot complete your set within two hours, we initiate a refund. We will publish a typical delivery time after the initial quality pilot.
What happens to my photos?
We store your uploads and portraits privately and send your uploads to OpenAI’s image service to create your set. Unpaid uploads expire after 24 hours; paid sets expire 30 days after payment. You can delete a finished set sooner from your studio.
What if the photos don’t look like me?
If your photos do not look like you, or you are unhappy with the results, request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Use your gallery or our contact form. Technical failures that prevent a complete set trigger an automatic refund. Contact us about a refund.
